Shipping Policy

  • All Trak Racer orders are shipped by the fastest and safest method. Please allow between 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping destination. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.
  • Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be diverted to your local post office or to your local shipping depot. We recommend all deliveries are sent to a business address to avoid any re-delivery charges.
  • Trak Racer will ship to confirmed addresses only.
  • If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means as your original payment.
  • Order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) - where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to provide an approximate ETA. ETA's should be used as a guide only, as it is an estimate and this timeline can be impacted by unforeseen factors due to the nature of international supply chains. We will advise if there are significant changes to any previous stated ETA and work with you accordingly.
  • The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Trak Racer product. If something is not quite right, then get in contact with us and we will sort it out for you. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 14 days of the dispatch date.
  • The item/s must be unused and not previously installed.
  • All accessories must be returned.
  • If the item/s have been used a restocking fee may apply following a detailed inspection.
  • Internal/external damage has not been caused due to improper installation, misuse or incorrect service.

Making a Return

To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@trakracer.com along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. The completed form will need to be enclosed with your securely packed order and posted back to the address on the Return Authorisation form provided. Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.

We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as Trak Racer will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. IMPORTANT: Returns without a Return Authorisation form included will be returned to at the customer’s expense.

Return Credits

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges unless otherwise agreed to. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and checked. Goods must be 100% complete and in the same condition you received them in. Please note that it may take up to 4 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

Faulty Items

Trak Racer does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality and faultless products. In the situation where you believe that a product is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact support@trakracer.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then please contact the Trak Racer Support via support@trakracer.com. If you feel that photos or videos of the problem will help Trak Racer in the first instance please ensure these are included in your first communication to support@trakracer.com. We want to make sure that you are happy with your Trak Racer purchase so in the event of an issue, we'll work with you to resolve.

International Returns:

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

      Rexing formula steering wheel is used as addon wheel for PC games and simulations featuring:


        • Full carbon fiber body hand made in EU
        • Run by dual-core ARM processor with 4 layer PCB
        • Native Simhub support
        • 5″ touch screen 854 x 480 resolution
        • 11 RPM RGB LEDs, 6 additional marshal RGB LEDs: all configurable to telemetry data. Adjustable brightness and a wide variety of colors to choose from.
        • 10 RGB illuminated push-buttons, configurable in Simhub. Their brightness and color can be changed.
        • A total of 123 available inputs
        • 3 central switches with RGB backlight:
          • 2 x 8-position switch
          • 1 x encoder with push function
          • 3 OLED screens displaying the various functions of the 3 central switches. Depending on the functions you choose, you can write your own text on the OLED screens.
        • 2 x Multi-switch, functioning simultaneously as a rotary encoder, a digital joystick and a button.
        • 6 x thumb rotary encoder:
          • 2 x upper “Alps” brand thumb encoders with softer click
          • 4 x “Elma” brand encoders with a more sturdy and defined click. The middle left and right encoders also have the push function.
        • All knobs and LCD bezel made of aluminium
        • 6 bite point presets can be saved on the wheel

    • Magnetic paddle shifters with hall sensor (no switches inside) and with rubber stops for reduced click sound
    • Hall sensor filtered clutch paddles with linear output, digitally adjustable bite point and 2 modes (fixed main/secondary or autopriority)
    • Aluminium hub on the back – accepts 50.8 mm and 70 mm wheel bases and quick releases (for example: Simucube, Fanatec Podium Hub, Asetek and others)
    • Non-proprietary connector on the back of the wheel
    • High quality USB spiral cable included
    • OPTIONAL: Third set of paddles:
      • each with dual action. It’s possible to push it and pull it – with firm center position, providing a total of 4 configurable positions on just 2 paddles.
      • additional two latching actions – pushing both paddles or pulling both paddles.
